Shipping Charges
Our shopping cart calculates shipping based on your location and the weight of your package. When you make a selection from our website and add it to your shopping cart, you will be provided with all available shipping options to your location during checkout. You will receive your shipping options before you have to commit to or pay for your order.

Shipping Estimates or Quotes
One question we seem to receive frequently is "How much will shipping be for X and X to my location?" The answer? We don't know! Because we are happy to ship worldwide, there isn't any possible way we could memorize all of the shipping tables or locations and calculate shipping in our heads on the fly. That's why we rely on our shopping cart to do it for us.

Simply add the products you are interested in to the online shopping cart and view your cart. Under the "Continue Shopping" and "Checkout" buttons, you can get a quick shipping estimate.

Order Processing Times
We ship packages daily, Monday through Friday. We process orders within 1-2 business days in the order they are received.

Delivery Times
Once your order is processed (see above re: processing times) and enters the mail or UPS system, these are the approximate delivery times:

U.S. Orders
  • USPS First Class: 1-5 business days (plus 1-2 business days for processing)
  • Priority Mail: 1 - 3 business days (plus 1-2 business days for processing)
  • FEDEX Ground Delivery: 1-7 business days (plus 1-2 business days for processing; Monday through Friday delivery). See the map below for FEDEX Ground delivery timeline:

  • UPS Ground Delivery: 21-6 business days (plus 1-2 business days for processing; Monday through Friday delivery). See the map below for UPS Ground delivery timeline:



International Orders

  • USPS Priority or Express Mail international 2-30 business days (varies by country; plus 1-2 business days for processing)
  • FEDEX or UPS International: 2-7 business days (plus 1-2 business days for processing; Monday through Friday delivery)
