Returns

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 14 days from purchase and we’ll be happy to give you a full refund, less shipping costs. There’s no catch. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in an unused, unwashed and in a re-sellable condition. So no questions asked. Just go through our easy self-service return process at the bottom of this page.

Not eligible for return or exchange: washed and/or used products or items purchased anywhere else other than directly from this website.

Bottom line: nothing used, nothing gross. 
We reserve the right to refuse any return if it’s not in any condition to be resold. To be clear, we can’t resell anything that has been washed, that smells of essential oils/perfume, smoke, etc. (or other unmentionable odors), or that has been soiled.

Exchange Policy

We don't offer exchanges unless we shipped you the wrong item/color/size by mistake, in which case you will just need to go through our easy self-service return process at the bottom of this page.

If you aren't happy with the items you purchased and would like something else instead, you may return the products for a refund within 14 days of your original order, and then place a new order for the items you would like instead.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
